The Agro-Industrial Group Arnika has been operating on the market since 2000, the last ten years of its history being related specifically to organic farming. Our intentions regarding the transition to organic agricultural technology were supported by the desire not to have a negative impact on ecosystems, to be frugal in the use of the given resource, to be responsible for future generations.

Today, our company is the largest organic company in Ukraine in terms of the size of the land bank and a powerful exporter of certified agricultural raw materials to the countries of the EU, North America, the Middle East, and Japan. We have achieved a gross collection of 50,000 tons of agricultural commodities, having developed the delivery of organic goods by all available means of transportation.

Our company operates in the Cherkasy and Poltava regions. The total land bank is almost 18,000 hectares, certified in accordance with the requirements of organic standards. Our agricultural technology involves the non-use of mineral fertilizers and any chemical means of plant protection, which contributes to the improvement of the surrounding ecosystem, the quality of land resources, and the preservation of carbon in the soil. All care of agricultural crops from the beginning to the end of the season is carried out only mechanically.
We use strong, healthy, clean, non-poisoned seeds with great potential for yield and quality. At the Institute of Organic Agriculture, we also breed various varieties of soybeans, chickpeas, lentils, and technical hemp that are resistant and suitable for organic cultivation. The annual gross collection of the company reaches 40-50 thousand tons of products, high-quality products with a traceable production cycle. Full traceability is ensured through the use of the latest technical means.
Unmanned technologies, modern navigation equipment, additional mechanical tillage of the soil for the purpose of moisture retention — this is an incomplete list of approaches that are used in agricultural technology in our company. Organic farming is an investment in the future through a frugal attitude to natural resources and preservation of the ecosystem. Biodiversity programs are part of the company's organic certification, and the scientific validity of crop rotation using cover crops is a mandatory part of the production plan.

Due to the high content of Omega-9 or oleic acid (80% +), the oil is oxidatively resistant, which significantly reduces the likelihood of carcinogens during frying; the highest content of vitamin E in comparison with other edible oils, which is a natural antioxidant, which helps to strengthen the immune system
Organic oil is crushed by an expeller (special press) or, more simply, mechanically. This guarantees the complete absence of traces of any harmful chemical components in the product
A higher smoke point (260 degrees versus 170 for conventional sunflower oil) leads to a money saving. This oil type could be efficiently used in industrial scales, at HoReCa and for household needs
Almost 12,000 tons of organic (high-oleic) sunflower were produced during 2022/2023 in the fields of our company. Therefore, we guarantee the high quality and traceability of our commodities.

We are a global business that meets consumer demand for safe and quality organic products worldwide. Together with our trading partners from the EU, North America, the Middle East and Asia, we create sustainable supply chains and enhance the organic ecosystem. Our trading companies are located in Ukraine (Arnika Organic) and Switzerland (Arnika Organic Europe AG). A well-established logistics system allows us to offer customers the most efficient ways to deliver organic goods. We have worked out logistics for all types of transport, and the terms of shipments are negotiable.
The European Union is the second largest organic market in the world, accounting for 37 percent of the global market (or nearly €47 billion in 2021). The EU market is also the largest market for Ukrainian organic products, so many Ukrainian organic producers have developed their logistics and good partnerships with EU importers. The total import of organic agro-food products in the EU in 2022 amounted to almost 2.72 million tons of organic products, having experienced a slight decrease due to the increase in consumer prices and, accordingly, the demand for products. However, in 2022, Ukraine took its significant place among the exporters of organic products to the EU. In total, Ukraine exported about 220,000 tons of various products, primarily grain, leguminous, and oil products.
